kMatrix History

kMatrix is the result of a 35+ year research program originating in Harvard and is headquartered in Greetham, Rutland, with a small core research team. We work with further associates and partner organisations in the UK and Globally and have mapped and quantified over 430 sectors.

We provide back room services to organisations such as Deloitte and PWC in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, US and the EU for sectoral analysis and due diligence for sectoral development and investment.

We also provide our business and technology profiling services through these channels to market, as well as direct to universities for technology spinouts and individual businesses for development purposes. Further customers include government departments such as BEIS, Home Office and various local and regional government departments.

Our organisational model involves developing our core strengths in competitive market intelligence, strengthening our research base through joint ventures with academic or scientific partners and then partnering with established channels to market to generate increased revenues.

Our business model includes bespoke research projects, data licensing and strategic consultancy.

kMatrix is a data house that specialises in providing evidential data for business modelling and analysis on a multi-sectoral basis. Our most delighted clients work in markets that are comparatively new, not well defined or not well serviced by reliable and robust market intelligence sources.
